I am a licensed geologist who has worked for several environmental and engineering consultants since 2000 and has recently started my own business. I am currently performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (part of due diligence for commercial real estate transactions) as well as writing monitoring reports for contaminated sites. In the past, I have been involved with assessment and remediation of petroleum and chlorinated solvent sites. I also have completed geotechnical investigations and assisted with construction materials testing. Though not a part of my day to day work, energy policy and the use of natural resources is something I have studied and thought much about from a scientific standpoint.
