In his role, Clay Luthy is focused on building relevant solution strategies, ecosystems, defining corporate initiatives, and determining IBM's go-to-market approach across distributed generation, electric vehicle management, and distributed storage technology areas.

Previously, Luthy worked in product management for a venture-backed distributed energy resource management company, where he focused on building out the electric vehicle charge management and demand management solutions. Prior to that, he was in Toyota's Leadership Development Rotational Program where he primarily focused on advanced product strategy initiatives.
