Dina Kruger is the founder of Kruger Environmental Strategies, LLC. At KES, Dina advises a diverse clientele (including Fortune-500 and smaller companies, industry associations, and non-governmental organizations) on regulatory developments, impacts, and compliance, and she provides technical and policy support on energy project development, emerging energy technologies, and clean energy issues.

Prior to founding KES, Dina was Director of the Climate Change Division, in the Office of Air and Radiation at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. There, she was responsible for a comprehensive suite of programs and analyses dealing with clean and alternative energy, regulation, policy, economics, mitigation technologies, science, impacts, and communication.
