My experience includes leading many different efforts including System Operations in Real-Time operating complex bulk transmission systems using state of the art software systems.

I currently lead the operation of ECCO International. I was director of government affairs for the western region for Enron North America and have led business development for ABB and APX in the US and Western US as well as represented, at the time, one of the largest energy companies in the World in developing new rules for emerging energy markets.

Most recently my activities have been focused on the solar and wind industry studying their impact on power system operation and energy markets.
