As Director of Infrastructure Programs, Rob McCulloch leads policy and research efforts regarding energy, water, and transportation sectors among the partners of the BlueGreen Alliance, based in Washington D.C. In recent years, the bulk of this portfolio has focused on environmental, safety, and workforce issues pertaining to natural gas networks.

The BlueGreen Alliance brings together ten national labor unions and five of America's most influential environmental organizations, uniting nearly 16 million members and supporters in pursuit of a sustainable and strong economy. Prior to joining BlueGreen, Rob worked with Environment America as Transportation Advocate, where he advanced legislative efforts addressing infrastructure, climate and energy, and urban growth. Previously, he worked as a project manager and General Contractor in mixed-use real estate development, guiding strategy and leading implementation efforts for 42 ventures valued at more than $880 million.

Rob completed his Master in City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2005, specializing in land development and urban design. He began his career in the United States Air Force, serving from 1993 to 1997 as an enlisted public affairs specialist.
