David M. Hart is Professor and Director of the Center for Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. Prof. Hart serves as senior fellow on clean energy innovation policy at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation and co-chair of the Innovation Policy Forum of the National Academies. Hart's books include Unlocking Energy Innovation (MIT Press, 2012, co-authored with Richard K. Lester).
